NEW DELHI: The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) on Thursday sent a notice to
water minister Kapil Mishra to join investigations into the alleged
tanker scam. The AAP minister is the complainant in the FIR lodged to
probe the scam.
Although ACB chief Mukesh Meena could not be contacted, sources said Mishra had been asked to appear before it by July 4. ACB has prepared a questionnaire to confront him.
The unit is also readying to send out summons to at least three more people, ACB sources said.
